(1) If it is believed that someone has reduced the price or price with the intention of paying court fees, the concerned party may file a complaint in the court where the case is pending.
(2) While examining the complaint received under sub-section (1) or if it is found that the price has been reduced with the intention of filing a reduced court fee, the court shall impose a fine of fifteen percent of the reduced court fee on such party to file the insufficient court fee. br> (3) If the complaint filed under sub-section (1) is found to be false during investigation, such complainant will be fined five percent of the amount claimed as court fee.
(4) If it is found that a court employee has knowingly charged less than the required court fee through a complaint or from any other source, departmental action will be taken against him in accordance with the law.
(5) According to sub-section (4), if the final judgment of the case for which the court fee has been reduced has been reached or the period of non-appeal in such case has expired and such court fee cannot be recovered from the concerned party, the amount of such court fee shall be recovered from the employee who took such a reduction.
